Weekend Objective:

Our goal is to empower women to fulfill their unique potential by recognizing the importance of nurturing themselves.

Research supports that when connected, women experience zest, enhanced relationships, higher self-esteem, a full sense of empowerment, and physically healthier lives.

 Massage therapy will be available through the services of Dawn M. Bell owner of Attentive Touch. All appointments will be one full hour at a fee of $60. paid directly to Dawn.  More information will be provided in your information packet.

	9:00 – 10:30	Women’s Meeting – I will keep myself physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy!
Saturday	9:00 – 10:00	Breakfast
	10:30- 12:30	Meeting – I am Enough!
	12:45 – 3:00	Lunch & Massage & Free Time
	3:00 - 5:00 pm	Women’s Meeting – I will stay healthy in relationships!
	6:00 - 12:00 am	Dinner: Evening Celebration of Our Lives
Sunday	9:00 – 10:00	Breakfast
	10:00 – 12:30	Women’s Meeting: Women & Spirituality
	1:00 – 2:00 pm	Lunch
	2:00 - 6:00 pm	Free & Time Massage
	6:00 – 8:00 pm	Dinner
	9:00 – 10:30 pm	Women’s meeting: How do I take this all home!
Monday	10:00 – 11:30 am	Breakfast

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

-Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 63. Merge onto Route 72 east.

Follow Route 72 east over the bridge to Long Beach Island until it ends, approximately 7 miles.

 

Then turn left at the traffic signal onto Long Beach Boulevard and continue approximately 7 miles to the house at 167 Long Beach Boulevard.

-House is located on the right-hand side (Oceanside).

Look for a white gate and a white mailbox with house numbers 167.

Follow the gravel driveway to the house.

The Riverview Counseling Center has provided individual, couple and family therapy in New Jersey since 1984. The Center specializes in working with couples experiencing conflict, affairs, separation or divorce as well as remarried families. We also work with children and adolescents through issues of parenting conflict, academic performance, disruptive behavior at home or school, peer pressure, grief and loss, depression and anxiety. Issues of self-esteem, body image, life transitions, and successful stress and anxiety management are also addressed.
